## What a chiropractic website from Summit Echo includes

New patients search by symptom, not by technique. The pages below meet them there, explain what a visit involves in plain language, and make booking the first appointment simple. Chiropractic websites from practice-marketing vendors rarely do any of that.

- **Condition pages.** Back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, auto injuries, pregnancy care. Each written for the person searching that symptom.
- **Treatments and techniques.** Adjustments, decompression, soft tissue, rehab, and whatever else you offer, explained without jargon and with what a session feels like.
- **New patients.** What happens at the first visit, how long it takes, forms to fill out ahead, insurance accepted, and self-pay pricing. The page that removes the hesitation.
- **Providers.** A bio per provider with credentials, training, photo, and approach. Patients pick a person, not a practice.
- **Insurance, pricing, and policies.** Plans accepted, self-pay rates or ranges, packages if you offer them, and cancellation policy. Stated plainly.
- **Location, hours, reviews, and booking.** Address, parking, hours, reviews, and the booking link or request form on every page.

## How patients look for a chiropractor

Chiropractic searches start with the symptom: "chiropractor for back pain [town]," "sciatica treatment near me," "chiropractor that takes [insurance]." The map results carry most of the clicks and pull from your Google Business Profile and your site. A site with condition pages, insurance information, and reviews gives Google specific text to match and gives the patient a reason to choose you.

Trust and clarity matter more than in most local businesses. The patient is in pain, uncertain, and worried about cost. Credentials, a plain explanation of the first visit, and named reviews answer that. Stock photos and technique names do not.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers within what your state board allows for outcome claims, and link into the scheduling system you already use.

## What we build for chiropractic practices

- Condition pages for the problems patients actually search
- Treatment and technique pages explained without jargon
- A new-patient page: first visit, forms, insurance, and pricing
- Provider bios with credentials and photos
- Reviews and outcomes stated within what your board allows
- Hosting and basic content updates while you are on the plan

## How your practice website goes live

1. Complete kickoff: the chiropractic services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.
2. We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.
3. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

## A vendor template versus a site that answers the patient's questions

A patient in pain wants to know what you treat, what it costs, and what the first visit is like. The site either says so or the next clinic does.

**Vendor template or no site**
- A template with stock photos and clinical jargon
- No new-patient page, so the first visit is a mystery
- Insurance and pricing missing, so the patient calls the next clinic

**With an Express Website**
- Condition pages in plain language: back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries
- A new-patient page that explains the first visit, forms, insurance, and cost
- Credentials, techniques, and named reviews at the top of the page

## New-patient calls answered while you are with a patient

A new patient who reaches voicemail calls the next clinic. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers insurance, hours, and first-visit questions, captures new-patient requests with the concern and preferred time, and passes clinical questions to your staff. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

- Answers insurance, hours, and first-visit questions from your kickoff details
- Captures new-patient requests with concern, insurance, and preferred time
- Escalates clinical questions and existing patients by rules you set

The AI Voice Agent is optional and sold separately at $400/month, month to month.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can you write condition pages that stay within board rules?

Yes. We describe conditions and what treatment involves without guaranteeing outcomes, and you review every page before it goes live. Tell us at kickoff about any language your board restricts.

### We use Jane / ChiroTouch / Zocdoc for scheduling.

The site links into whatever you use and puts the booking link on every page. If you prefer a request form that your front desk confirms, we build that instead.

### Should we publish self-pay prices?

Yes, at least a range for a first visit and a standard adjustment. Patients without insurance leave a site that hides pricing.

### How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

### What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

### Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

### What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
