## What a dental website from Summit Echo includes

Patients choose a dentist on three questions: do you do what I need, do you take my insurance, and can I get in. The pages below answer all three, show the office and the team so the visit feels familiar before it happens, and link into the scheduling you already use. Dentist website design from software vendors rarely does any of that.

- **General and family dentistry.** Cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and pediatric visits. One page each, written for the patient, with what the appointment involves.
- **Cosmetic and restorative.** Whitening, veneers, bonding, implants, dentures, and clear aligners. Higher-ticket decisions with their own searches and their own pages, with before-and-after galleries within your board's rules.
- **Emergency dentistry.** Toothache, broken tooth, knocked-out tooth. What to do right now, how fast you can see them, and the number to call. The page that has to work at 9pm.
- **Providers and team.** A bio per dentist and hygienist with credentials, photo, and approach, plus photos of the office. Patients pick a person and a place.
- **Insurance, financing, and new patients.** Plans accepted, in-house membership plans, financing, and whether you are accepting new patients, with first-visit details and forms.
- **Location, hours, reviews, and booking.** Address, parking, hours, reviews, and the booking link or request form on every page, into the scheduling system you already use.

## How patients look for a dentist

Dental searches are local and specific: "dentist near me," "emergency dentist [town]," "dental implants [town]," "pediatric dentist accepting new patients." The map results carry most of the clicks and pull from your Google Business Profile and your site. A site with clear service pages, insurance information, and new-patient status gives Google specific text to match and gives the patient a reason to choose you.

Dental practices compete with corporate dental groups whose marketing is professional and whose sites are identical. What the group cannot do is sound like a specific dentist in a specific town who has time for a new patient this month. Your site can, and the office and team photos are what make that real.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers within your board's advertising rules, and link into the scheduling and patient portal tools you already use.

## What we build for dental practices

- General dentistry pages: cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions
- Cosmetic and restorative pages: whitening, veneers, implants, Invisalign
- Emergency dentistry page with same-day guidance and a clear number
- Provider and team bios with credentials and photos of the office
- Insurance, financing, and new-patient pages stated plainly
- Hosting and basic content updates while you are on the plan

## How your dental website goes live

1. Complete kickoff: the services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.
2. We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.
3. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

## A vendor template versus a site that answers the patient's three questions

Do you do this, do you take my insurance, can I get in. The site either answers or the corporate group's does.

**Vendor template or no site**
- A vendor template with stock photos and a services list
- Insurance and new-patient status buried or missing
- No emergency page, so the toothache call goes to whoever answers first

**With an Express Website**
- A page for each service in plain language, with what the visit involves
- Insurance, financing, and new-patient details on the first screen
- An emergency dentistry page and a booking path that works on a phone

## New-patient calls answered while the front desk is checking someone in

A new patient who reaches voicemail calls the next office. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers insurance, hours, and new-patient questions, captures appointment requests, and passes emergencies and existing patients to your staff by the rules you set. It does not give clinical advice. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

- Answers insurance, hours, and new-patient status from your kickoff details
- Captures appointment requests with reason, insurance, and preferred time
- Routes emergencies and existing patients to a person

The AI Voice Agent is optional and sold separately at $400/month, month to month.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can you use our own office and team photos?

Yes, and you should. Patients choosing a dentist want to see the actual office and the people. We launch with professional imagery and swap in yours as basic content updates, included on the plan.

### Do before-and-after photos comply with our board's rules?

We publish them with the disclosures your state board requires and only with patient consent you have on file. Tell us at kickoff what your board allows and we write within it.

### We use Dentrix / Eaglesoft / NexHealth for scheduling.

The site links into whatever you use and puts the booking link on every page. If you prefer a request form your front desk confirms, we build that instead.

### How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

### What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

### Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

### What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
