## What a home care website from Summit Echo includes

The person reading a home care website is usually an adult child, often late at night, trying to figure out what their parent needs and whether they can afford it. The pages below answer in their language, show who the caregivers are and how they are vetted, and make the first call feel like a conversation rather than an intake.

- **Care services.** Companion care, personal care, dementia and memory care, respite, post-hospital, 24-hour and live-in, and skilled care if you are licensed for it. One page each, describing what a visit looks like.
- **How care starts.** The first call, the in-home assessment, the care plan, caregiver matching, and the first visit. The page that turns a scared inquiry into a scheduled assessment.
- **Our caregivers.** Screening, background checks, training, supervision, and what makes someone a good fit. Photos of real caregivers if you have consent.
- **Costs and paying for care.** Hourly rates or ranges, minimums, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, Medicaid waivers if you accept them, and private pay. Stated plainly.
- **For senior living communities.** Levels of care, floor plans, dining, activities, and pricing approach, with tour scheduling. The same plan, weighted toward the community.
- **Licensing, reviews, towns, and contact.** State license, insurance, and accreditation, reviews from families, a page per town you serve, and a contact path that promises a human callback.

## How families look for home care

Home care searches are urgent and emotional: "home care for elderly parent [town]," "in-home care near me," "memory care [town]," "respite care." The national franchises rank on brand and spend heavily on ads. A local agency wins the family who wants to talk to the owner by sounding like one: plain language, real caregivers, honest costs.

The two questions that stop a family from calling are "what will this cost" and "what happens when I call." A site that answers both, even with ranges and a simple description of the assessment, gets the inquiry. A brochure that says "contact us to learn more" does not.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers within your state's licensing and advertising rules, in the language families use rather than the language the industry uses.

## What we build for home care agencies and senior living

- Care service pages written for families, from companionship to skilled care
- A how-care-starts page: assessment, care plan, matching, first visit
- Caregiver screening, training, and licensing stated plainly
- Costs, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, and payment options
- Service-area pages for the towns and communities you cover
- Hosting and basic content updates while you are on the plan

## How your home care website goes live

1. Complete kickoff: the care services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.
2. We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.
3. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

## A brochure for regulators versus a site written for the family

The daughter at midnight needs to know what care looks like, what it costs, and what happens when she calls. The site either tells her or the franchise does.

**Brochure site or no site**
- Acronyms and stock photos, so the family cannot picture the care
- No pricing approach or payment information, so the family assumes they cannot afford it
- No explanation of how care starts, so the first call is a mystery

**With an Express Website**
- Service pages in plain language: companion care, personal care, memory care, respite, and what each visit involves
- Caregiver screening, training, licensing, and insurance where families look first
- Costs, payment options, and a how-care-starts page that removes the fear of the first call

## Family calls answered at midnight, gently

Families call after hours, often upset. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, listens, answers service, cost, and how-care-starts questions from your kickoff details, captures the family's situation and contact, and promises a callback from a person by the time you specify. Urgent and clinical calls route to your on-call line. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

- Answers service, cost, and how-care-starts questions in plain language
- Captures the family's situation, timing, and contact for a human callback
- Routes urgent and clinical calls to your on-call line by rules you set

The AI Voice Agent is optional and sold separately at $400/month, month to month.

## Frequently asked questions

### Should we publish hourly rates?

Publish a range and your minimums. Families who see nothing assume they cannot afford care and do not call. A range with an explanation of what changes it gets the conversation started.

### Can you write within our state's licensing and advertising rules?

Yes. We describe services within your license scope, avoid outcome claims, and use caregiver photos only with consent. Tell us at kickoff what your state requires and we write within it.

### We are a senior living community, not an agency.

Same plan, weighted toward the community: levels of care, floor plans, dining, activities, pricing approach, and tour scheduling. Tell us which you are at kickoff.

### How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

### What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

### Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

### What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
