What’s included
01
Nights, weekends, lunch rush, and every-tech-on-a-job afternoons. Calls you route to the agent get answered.
02
The agent asks what the caller needs, where they are, and how urgent it is, then captures the details.
03
When a caller is ready, the agent offers a time and confirms it. Calendar and dispatch sync is available as an add-on.
04
Calls that need a person get routed to one, based on the rules you set at kickoff.
05
Who called, what they needed, and what happened next, delivered to your inbox or phone.
06
Voice runs alongside your existing number and carrier. No line swap, no new hardware.
How a call runs
01
After hours, on overflow, or whenever you choose, the call routes to the agent instead of voicemail.
02
It greets the caller as your business, asks about the need, the town, and the urgency, and captures contact details.
03
Ready callers get a time. Calls that need a person are escalated. Everyone else leaves a complete message.
04
A short recap lands in your inbox or by text so the morning starts with a list, not a voicemail queue.
Two ways to start
Voice on its own
Buy the Voice Agent by itself at $400/month, month to month. We set it up around your existing number, towns, services, and hours.
Choose Voice — $400/moVoice alongside Express
Add Voice to an Express Website, now or later. If you want both from the start, the pricing page shows the bundle option.
How setup works
Voice setup is scoped at kickoff, not on a fixed clock. How long it takes depends on what you want the agent to handle and on the back-and-forth while we build and test it with you. Once the details are in, we confirm a go-live date. The Express 10-business-day website timeline does not apply to Voice.
Checkout confirms the plan. $400 is due today. Month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Share your towns, services, hours, escalation contact, and how you want calls routed.
We set up the greeting, questions, booking rules, and hand-off rules, then test calls with you.
Forwarding is switched on for the hours you chose. Summaries start arriving after the first call.
Add-ons
Each add-on builds on the Voice Agent. They are scoped and quoted at kickoff or any time after, so you only add what your operation needs.
When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text within seconds with a clear next step, so a warm lead does not go quiet.
How it worksQualified calls, texts, and web inquiries move onto the calendar with confirmations and reminders, without the scheduling back-and-forth.
How it worksCompleted jobs turn into timed review requests and seasonal follow-up messages, so happy customers are asked while it still matters.
How it worksCall, text, and booking details from the Voice Agent sync into the CRM or dispatch system your office and field team already use.
How it worksMonthly reviews and prompt tuning keep the Voice Agent in step with your services, pricing, hours, and busy seasons.
How it worksStraight talk
No. Voice is sold on its own at $400/month. Plenty of businesses have a website they are happy with and only need the phone covered.
No. Voice runs alongside your existing phone setup. Calls are routed to the agent for the hours or situations you choose, such as after hours or when nobody picks up.
Yes. Human escalation rules are set at kickoff. You decide which situations route to a person and who receives those calls.
The agent offers a time and confirms it when a caller is ready. Syncing bookings into your calendar or dispatch tool is handled by the Appointment Booking Automation add-on.
Missed-call text-back is listed with The Front Door bundle. For standalone Voice it is available as an add-on, scoped at kickoff. Do not assume it is included unless it appears on your plan.
Month to month from the start. $400 is due today and the plan continues monthly until you cancel with 30 days’ notice.
It depends on what you want the agent to do and how quickly we can work through the details together. Setup is scoped at kickoff, and we confirm a go-live date once the routing and business information are in. The 10-business-day timeline applies to Express Websites, not to Voice.
