Indexing and crawling take time. The 6-month commitment gives Google and large language models a window to discover the site while we host and maintain it. After that, month to month—cancel with 30 days’ notice.
When does the 10-business-day clock start?
Checkout comes first. The website clock starts after Summit Echo receives all completed kickoff materials requested for the build. Your Express Website launches within 10 business days from that point.
Is Express for a first website or a replacement?
Both. We can create your first professional website or replace an existing site that no longer represents the business. The same scope, price, and kickoff-based process apply.
How many town pages do we get?
We scope service-area content around the towns that matter to your business during kickoff. The goal is useful, specific information—not a mass of thin city pages.
Will AI tools mention us?

Do I own the website?
Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
Do I have to buy voice too?
No. Express stands alone at $200/month. Standalone Voice is $400/month, month to month, and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. The Front Door combines Express Website + Voice for $550/month with a 6-month commitment, then month to month and 30 days’ notice to cancel. The website timeline does not create a standalone Voice launch promise.
