Junk removal and hauling website design
that books the truck.

A junk removal and hauling website planned, written, built, and hosted for $200/month. What you haul, how pricing works, the towns you cover, and a quote form with photo upload. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials.

What’s included · $200/month

What a junk removal website from Summit Echo includes

Junk removal customers want three answers: do you take this, what will it cost, and how soon can you come. The pages below give all three before the customer has to call, and the quote form lets them send a photo so you can price it from the truck.

Residential junk removal

Garages, basements, attics, single items. What you take, how the crew works, and what happens to the stuff afterward.

Estate, hoarding, and whole-house cleanouts

Larger jobs with their own search demand, their own timeline, and their own sensitivities. Written for the family member or realtor handling it.

Item pages

Mattresses, appliances, furniture, hot tubs, pianos, yard waste, construction debris. Each is its own search; each gets a short page.

Commercial hauling and dumpster rental

Optional. Office cleanouts, retail, contractors, and dumpster sizes and pricing if you rent them.

How pricing works

By volume, by item, or by load, with example ranges. The page that turns "how much" into a booked pickup.

Service-area pages and quote form

A page for each town you cover, and a quote form with photo upload, address, and preferred day that reaches your phone.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For junk removal, hauling, and dumpster rental companies whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a junk removal or hauling company that lives on speed and clear pricing, and the website you have explains neither.

Summit Echo builds junk removal websites that say what you take, how pricing works, how fast you can get there, and let the customer send a photo for a quote.

The Bottleneck

Why most hauling websites still make customers call to ask

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

Someone with a garage full of stuff searches "junk removal [town]," lands on your site, and cannot tell if you take mattresses, what it might cost, or whether you can come tomorrow.

The website never gets your attention

You are on the truck all day. The website is a Facebook page and a phone number.

Customers lose confidence

A hauler who shows up on time and prices fairly should not lose to a national franchise with a slicker site.

Search behaviour

How customers look for junk removal

Junk removal searches are immediate: "junk removal near me," "mattress removal [town]," "estate cleanout [town]." The customer has a pile and a deadline. National franchises rank on brand; local haulers win the ones who want a real person, a fair price, and a truck tomorrow.

Item and job-type pages matter because the searches are specific. Someone searching "hot tub removal" wants a page about hot tubs, not a general list. Town pages do the same for location.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers and set up the photo-upload quote form so leads arrive with enough for you to quote from the truck. Pricing stays yours; we explain how it works.

Design

What your junk removal website will look like

A real client site and an illustrative hauling concept: what you take, how pricing works, and a photo quote form up front.

Clear Out Hauling concept

Concepts marked illustrative show a design direction, not a client result. Your Express Website is designed around your business, services, towns, and photos.

The Plan

How your junk removal website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the hauling services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A phone number on Facebook versus a site that quotes from a photo

The customer with a full garage books whoever answers "do you take this and what does it cost" first.

Facebook page or no site

  • No list of what you take and do not take, so every lead starts with a phone call
  • No explanation of pricing, so customers assume you charge by surprise
  • No way to send a photo, so quotes wait for a site visit

With an Express Website

  • What-we-take, what-we-do-not, and how-pricing-works pages
  • A quote form with photo upload so you can quote from the truck
  • Service pages for residential, commercial, cleanouts, and dumpsters

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Quote calls answered while you are loading the truck

Calls come in while you are carrying a couch down stairs. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, asks what and where, captures a rough volume and timing, and books a pickup window or a quote visit. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures items, rough volume, address, and preferred day
  • Answers what-we-take and how-pricing-works questions from your kickoff details
  • Books pickup windows and sends a text confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your junk removal & hauling business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Junk Removal & Hauling website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can customers send photos for a quote?

Yes. The quote form includes photo upload along with address and preferred day, and it reaches your phone. Most customers would rather send a photo than schedule a visit.

Should we publish prices?

Publish how pricing works and example ranges: a minimum, a quarter load, a full load, single-item examples. Exact quotes stay yours. Customers who see nothing assume the worst.

We also rent dumpsters.

Dumpster rental gets its own page with sizes, pricing, and what can go in. It is a different search with a different customer.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
