Handyman website design
that books the small job without a phone call.

A handyman website planned, written, built, and hosted for $200/month. The jobs you take, how you charge, the towns you cover, and a booking form with photo upload. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials.

What’s included · $200/month

What a handyman website from Summit Echo includes

Handyman customers have a list, not a project. They want to know if you do the things on it, roughly what it costs, and when you can come. The pages below answer that in the words homeowners use, and the booking form takes the list with photos so you can quote from your phone.

Jobs by category

Doors, drywall, and trim. Fixtures, faucets, and toilets. Furniture and TV mounting. Decks, fences, and exterior repairs. One page per category, listing the specific tasks homeowners search for.

What we do not do

Electrical panels, gas lines, roofing, whatever you refer out. Saying it plainly saves you the calls and earns trust on the jobs you do take.

How pricing works

Hourly rate, half-day and full-day blocks, or per-job pricing, with example ranges for common tasks. The page that turns "how much" into a booking.

Property managers and landlords

Optional. Turnovers, punch lists, and recurring maintenance for the customers who call every month.

Insurance, reviews, and finished work

Liability insurance stated plainly, named reviews, and photos of finished repairs. The trust page for letting a stranger into the house.

Service-area pages and booking form

A page per town you cover, and a booking form that takes the job list, photos, and a preferred day, and reaches your phone.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For handyman and home repair businesses whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a handyman business that lives on small jobs and repeat customers, and the website is a Facebook page that cannot tell a homeowner whether you hang doors or just TVs.

Summit Echo builds handyman websites that list what you do and do not take, explain how you charge, name the towns you cover, and let a homeowner book the small job without a phone call.

The Bottleneck

Why most handyman websites lose to the marketplace app

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner with a list of six small repairs searches "handyman near me," finds a site that says "no job too small" and nothing else, and books through a marketplace app instead.

The website never gets your attention

You are in someone's kitchen all day. The site is whatever the free builder produced.

Customers lose confidence

A reliable handyman should not lose the job to an app that takes a cut and sends a stranger.

Search behaviour

How homeowners look for a handyman

Handyman searches are practical and local: "handyman near me," "handyman services [town]," "TV mounting [town]," "drywall repair near me." Marketplace apps rank on brand and take a cut of every job. A local handyman wins the homeowner who wants a person they can call again by being specific: which jobs, what it costs, which towns.

Task-level searches are where a good site pulls ahead. Someone searching "install ceiling fan" wants a page that says you install ceiling fans, not a homepage that says no job is too small. The jobs-by-category pages match those searches.

We write the jobs pages and pricing page from your kickoff answers, and build the booking form to take a list and photos so you can quote before you drive out.

The Plan

How your handyman website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the jobs you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

"No job too small" versus a site that lists the jobs and the price

The homeowner with a list books whoever tells them yes, how much, and when. The site either does or the app does.

Facebook page or free builder

  • "No job too small" and no list, so the homeowner has to call to ask
  • No pricing approach, so every lead expects a bait-and-switch
  • No booking form, so the marketplace app wins on convenience

With an Express Website

  • A jobs list organized by room and by task, with what you do not take
  • Hourly, half-day, or per-job pricing explained with example ranges
  • A booking form with photo upload and preferred day that reaches your phone

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Job requests answered while you are on a ladder

Calls come in while you are mid-repair. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures the job list, address, and timing, asks for photos by text, and books a visit or a half-day block. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures the job list, address, and preferred day
  • Sends the caller a text link to upload photos
  • Books visits and sends a confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your handyman business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Handyman website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish an hourly rate?

Yes. Homeowners comparing you to an app already see a price there. Publish your hourly or half-day rate and example ranges for common jobs, then explain what changes the number.

We do a bit of everything. How do you organize that?

By category and by task, in the words homeowners use: "hang a door," "fix a leaky faucet," "mount a TV." At kickoff you tell us what you take and what you refer out, and we write the list.

Can property managers request work through the site?

Yes. A property manager page with a recurring-work form is part of the plan if you want that business.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
