What’s included · $200/month

What an accounting firm website from Summit Echo includes

A business owner choosing an accountant is choosing someone to trust with the books for years. The website has to show what you do, who you do it for, what it is like to work with you, and what it might cost. The pages below do that in the owner's language.

Tax preparation and planning

Individual, business, and multi-state returns, plus year-round planning. Written for the owner who wants fewer surprises in April.

Bookkeeping and payroll

Monthly close, catch-up and cleanup, payroll and filings, software you support. The recurring-revenue pages.

Advisory and fractional CFO

Optional. Cash flow, budgeting, entity structure, and exit planning for firms that offer more than compliance.

Client-type pages

Contractors, restaurants, medical practices, real estate investors, nonprofits. Each written for that owner's specific headaches. These are the pages that match specific searches.

About, credentials, and process

CPA, EA, and other credentials, team bios, how onboarding works, how you communicate, and how pricing is set.

Resources and consultation request

Deadlines, checklists, client portal link, and a consultation form that captures business type, size, and what they need.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For accountants, CPAs, and bookkeeping firms whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run an accounting or CPA firm that grows on referrals from clients and attorneys, and the website is a one-page brochure that says you do taxes and bookkeeping.

Summit Echo builds accounting firm websites that explain what you do for whom, show your credentials, and make a consultation request the obvious next step.

The Bottleneck

Why most accounting websites never get the consultation request

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A business owner searching "small business accountant [town]" finds a site that lists tax, bookkeeping, and payroll, and cannot tell whether you work with businesses like theirs or what it costs.

The website never gets your attention

Deadlines take every hour from January through April and plenty after. The website is a brochure that has not changed in years.

Customers lose confidence

A firm that keeps its clients out of trouble should not look, online, like a form letter.

Search behaviour

How business owners look for an accountant

Accounting searches split between individuals in tax season ("tax preparer near me") and business owners year-round ("small business accountant [town]," "bookkeeper for contractors," "CPA for restaurants"). The business searches are worth more and are specific. A firm with a page for contractors matches a contractor's search; a firm with a services list does not.

Trust is the whole decision. Credentials, a clear process, and an honest description of how you price remove the uncertainty that stops an owner from filling in a form. National tax chains cannot show a real person and a real process; you can.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers, organized by service and by client type, and set up a consultation form that captures what you need to reply with a real next step.

The Plan

How your firm website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the accounting services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A brochure page versus a site that speaks to the owner

An owner choosing an accountant wants to see themselves on the page. A list of services does not do that.

Brochure page or no site

  • One page that says tax, bookkeeping, and payroll, with no sense of who you serve
  • No credentials or process, so the owner cannot tell you from a seasonal storefront
  • A contact form and nothing about what happens next or what it costs

With an Express Website

  • Service pages for tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory, each explained for the owner
  • Client-type pages for the industries you actually serve
  • Credentials, process, and how pricing works, with a consultation request that gets a reply

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Client calls answered during deadline season

From January to April the phone rings more than a small firm can answer. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers hours, document, and deadline questions, captures new-client inquiries with business type and need, and passes existing clients to the right person. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers hours, document checklist, and deadline questions from your kickoff details
  • Captures new-client inquiries with business type, size, and need
  • Routes existing clients and urgent matters by rules you set

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your accountant & cpa business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Accountant & CPA website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish pricing?

Publish how you price: fixed monthly packages, hourly, or per return, with starting points where you can. Owners who see nothing assume you are expensive and slow to answer.

Can the site link to our client portal and tax software?

Yes. Portal login, document upload, and scheduling links go where clients look for them. The site does not replace those tools; it makes them easy to reach.

We serve a few industries heavily. Is that worth separate pages?

Yes. A page for contractors, one for medical practices, one for restaurants, each written for that owner, is what matches specific searches and what a referral reads before calling.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
