Cleaning company website design

What’s included · $200/month

What a cleaning company website from Summit Echo includes

A cleaning customer is letting strangers into their home or office. The website has to answer what you do, what it includes, whether you are insured, and what it might cost, before they will fill in a form. The pages below do that.

Recurring house cleaning

Weekly, biweekly, monthly. A checklist of what is included in a standard clean, what is an add-on, and how the first visit differs.

Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out

What deep means, room by room, and how move-out cleans work with landlords and realtors. High-intent, one-time searches.

Commercial and office cleaning

Optional. Offices, medical, retail, after-hours schedules, and contracts. Left off if you are residential only.

Specialty cleaning

Carpet, window, post-construction, Airbnb turnovers, pressure washing if you do it. Each with its own search demand and its own page.

Trust and how it works

Insurance, bonding, background checks, supplies, satisfaction policy, and how scheduling works. The page that closes the deal.

Service-area pages and quote form

A page for each town you cover and a quote form that captures bedrooms, bathrooms, frequency, and add-ons so you can price from the inbox.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For house cleaning, commercial cleaning, and carpet cleaning companies whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a cleaning company where referrals carry the business, and the website does not explain what a visit includes or make it easy to get a quote.

Summit Echo builds cleaning company websites that spell out exactly what is included, name the towns you cover, and make a quote request take a minute.

The Bottleneck

Why most cleaning websites lose to the franchise

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner searching "house cleaning [town]" cannot tell from your site what a standard clean includes, whether you do move-outs, or what it might cost.

The website never gets your attention

Scheduling crews and quality checks take every hour. The website was built once and left.

Customers lose confidence

A reliable cleaning company should not lose to a franchise with a bigger ad budget and a higher turnover.

Search behaviour

How customers look for a cleaning company

Cleaning searches are local and practical: "house cleaning [town]," "maid service near me," "move out cleaning [town]," "office cleaning [town]." The homeowner is comparing a franchise, a solo cleaner from a marketplace, and you. What separates you is specificity and trust: exactly what is included, exactly who is coming, and proof you are insured.

Each kind of clean is its own search, so each gets its own page. A move-out page matches move-out searches; a generic services page matches none. Town pages do the same job for location.

We write the checklists and pages from your kickoff answers and put the trust signals where a homeowner looks first. The quote form asks the questions you need to price the job so leads arrive ready to quote.

Design

What your cleaning company website will look like

A real client site and an illustrative cleaning concept: what is included up front, trust signals visible, a quote form that prices the job.

Concepts marked illustrative show a design direction, not a client result. Your Express Website is designed around your business, services, towns, and photos.

The Plan

How your cleaning company website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the cleaning services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A services list versus a site that answers "what exactly do I get"

The customer wants to know what is included and who is coming. The site either says so or the franchise does.

Template or no site

  • One "Services" page, so recurring, deep, and move-out cleans all blur together
  • No mention of insurance, bonding, or background checks, so the homeowner hesitates
  • A quote form that asks for nothing useful, so every lead needs a call back

With an Express Website

  • A page for recurring, deep, move-in and move-out, and commercial cleaning
  • Insurance, bonding, background checks, and reviews at the top of the page
  • A quote form that captures home size, frequency, and add-ons

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Quote calls answered while the crews are out

Quote requests come in while you are on a job or driving between them. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures home size, service type, frequency, and timing, and books a walkthrough or a first clean. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures bedrooms, bathrooms, service type, and frequency
  • Answers insurance, supplies, and scheduling questions from your kickoff details
  • Books walkthroughs or first visits and sends a confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your cleaning company business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Cleaning Company website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish prices?

Publish what you can stand behind: a starting price per visit for a standard home, or a price range by bedrooms and bathrooms. Then explain what changes the price. Customers who see no prices assume the worst.

We do both residential and commercial.

We separate them. A homeowner reading about office contracts and a property manager reading about kitchens both leave. Tell us the split at kickoff and we plan the pages accordingly.

Can the quote form ask the questions we need?

Yes. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, frequency, pets, add-ons, preferred days. You tell us what you need to price a job and the form asks it.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
