Gym and fitness website design
that gets the nervous beginner through the door.

What’s included · $200/month

What a gym or studio website from Summit Echo includes

The person visiting a gym's website is deciding whether they will fit in, whether they can afford it, and whether they can just show up. The pages below answer those three, show the space and the people honestly, and link into the booking and membership software you already use.

Program pages

Group fitness, strength, personal training, martial arts, yoga, kids and teens, and whatever you run. Each written for the person considering it, with who it is for and what a first class is like.

Schedule

Your class schedule, readable on a phone, linked into your booking software so it stays current.

Memberships and pricing

Plans, drop-in rates, family and student options, and trial offers, stated plainly. The page that ends the hesitation.

Coaches and trainers

A bio per coach with certifications, photo, and approach. Members join people.

New members

What to expect, what to wear and bring, parking, and how to book a first class or trial. Written for the beginner.

Space, community, and events

Photos of the room, the equipment, and the people, plus events and challenges. The pages that show it is a place, not a calendar.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For gyms, studios, martial arts schools, and personal trainers whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a gym, studio, martial arts school, or training business where the community is the product, and the website is a scheduling-app page that shows none of it.

Summit Echo builds fitness websites that show the space and the people, put schedule, pricing, and trial offers up front, and make signing up work on a phone.

The Bottleneck

Why most gym websites lose the person who was ready to start

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

Someone ready to start searches "gym near me" or "kids martial arts [town]," finds a scheduling-app page with no photos, no prices, and no sense of the place, and keeps scrolling.

The website never gets your attention

Classes, members, and coaching take every hour. The site is whatever the software gave you.

Customers lose confidence

A gym with a real community should not look, online, like a class calendar.

Search behaviour

How people look for a gym or studio

Fitness searches are local and specific: "gym near me," "yoga studio [town]," "kids martial arts [town]," "personal trainer near me." The map results carry most clicks and pull from your Google Business Profile and your site. A site with program pages, real photos, and published pricing backs up the profile and gives a new member a reason to pick you over the chain.

The beginner is the buyer to design for. They are nervous, comparing, and looking for permission to just show up. A trial offer, a plain new-member page, and photos of ordinary people in the space do more than any list of equipment.

We write the program pages from your kickoff answers, build the gallery for your photos, and link into the booking and membership software you already use.

The Plan

How your fitness website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the training services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A class calendar versus a site that shows the place and the people

The beginner is asking "will I fit in and can I afford it." The site either answers or the chain's does.

Scheduling-app page or no site

  • A scheduling-app page with no photos or prices
  • Memberships hidden behind "contact us for pricing"
  • No trial or first-visit path, so the hesitant beginner never starts

With an Express Website

  • Schedule, memberships, and pricing on the first screen
  • A trial or first-class page written for the nervous beginner
  • Coach bios and photos of the space and the community

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Membership calls answered while you are coaching a class

Prospective members call during the classes you are teaching. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers schedule, pricing, and trial questions from your kickoff details, captures trial and membership requests, and books a first visit. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers schedule, pricing, and trial-offer questions
  • Captures trial and membership requests with program and preferred time
  • Books first visits and sends a confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your gym & fitness business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Gym & Fitness website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish membership prices?

Yes. "Contact us for pricing" is the single biggest reason a beginner closes the tab. Publish plans and drop-in rates, and note what the trial costs.

We use Mindbody / Zen Planner / Wodify. Does the site replace it?

No. The site links into the booking and membership software you already use and puts those links where new members look. Nothing about how classes are booked changes.

Can each program have its own page?

Yes. Kids martial arts and adult strength training are different searches and different buyers. A page each is part of the plan.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
