What’s included · $200/month

What a lawn care website from Summit Echo includes

Lawn care is a route business. Every customer is a recurring stop, the route is worth more when the stops are close together, and the year is decided by how many sign-ups come in between February and April. The pages below are built for that: programs a homeowner can understand and price in a minute, and a sign-up form that does the quoting.

Mowing and maintenance programs

Weekly and biweekly service, what a visit includes, edging and blowing, and per-visit pricing by lot size. The page most sign-ups come from.

Fertilization and weed control

Your program by application: pre-emergent, spring feed, grub control, fall feed. What each does, when it happens, and what the season costs.

Aeration, overseeding, and renovation

Core aeration, overseeding, dethatching, and full lawn renovations. Fall searches with their own buyers and their own page.

Seasonal cleanup and mulch

Spring and fall cleanups, mulch delivery and install, leaf removal. Short pages with strong seasonal demand.

Neighborhood and town pages

A page for each town or neighborhood on your route, scoped at kickoff. These keep the route dense by drawing customers where you already stop.

Sign-up and quote form

Address, lot size or a map pin, frequency, and add-ons. Enough to quote from the office and confirm by text, without a drive-by.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For lawn care, mowing, and fertilization companies whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a lawn care company where March fills the route for the year, and the website is a Facebook page that cannot take a sign-up.

Summit Echo builds lawn care websites around the route: programs explained plainly, sign-up by lot size, the neighborhoods you serve, and a form that fills the schedule before the season starts.

The Bottleneck

Why most lawn care websites miss the March window

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner searching "lawn care [town]" in March finds a site with no prices, no program details, and no way to sign up, and picks the company that sent a postcard with a number on it.

The website never gets your attention

Spring is mowing until dark. The site is whatever it was last year.

Customers lose confidence

A crew that shows up every week on time should not lose customers to a franchise with a better sign-up form.

Search behaviour

How homeowners look for lawn care

Lawn care searches spike in a six-week window: "lawn care near me," "lawn mowing service [town]," "lawn fertilization [town]," and "how much does lawn care cost" all peak from late February through April. A company whose site is not ready in February misses the year. A site with a program page, a price, and a sign-up form catches it.

The searches are also program-specific. Someone searching "aeration and overseeding" in September is not a mowing customer; someone searching "weed control service" wants a fertilization program. Each program is its own page, so each search finds its answer. Landscaping projects, patios and plantings, are a different business with different searches, which is why they have their own page on this site.

We write the program pages from your kickoff answers and your real prices, and we build the sign-up form to ask the questions you need to quote a lot without seeing it.

Design

What your lawn care website will look like

Garden Creations is a real Express Website for a York, PA landscaper, shown here because it is real work in the green industry. The Greenline concept shows a lawn-care direction: program, price, sign-up.

The Plan

How your lawn care website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: your programs and prices, the neighborhoods on your route, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the sign-up form. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A postcard and a phone number versus a site that signs customers up

The homeowner deciding in March signs up with whoever makes it easy. The site either does or the franchise does.

Facebook page or no site

  • No prices or program details, so the homeowner has to call to learn anything
  • One page for everything, so "lawn fertilization [town]" and "aeration near me" both miss
  • No sign-up form, so every new customer costs a phone call and a drive-by

With an Express Website

  • Program pages with what is included, how often, and what it costs per visit
  • A sign-up form that captures address, lot size, and frequency so you can quote from the office
  • Neighborhood pages that match your route and keep it dense

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Sign-up calls answered while the crew is on the mower

The March calls come in while you are on a mower with earplugs in. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures address, lot size, and the program the caller wants, quotes from the pricing you set at kickoff if you want it to, and confirms by text. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures address, lot size, frequency, and program
  • Quotes from your published per-visit pricing when you allow it
  • Confirms by text and adds the stop to your list

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your lawn care business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Lawn Care website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish per-visit prices?

Yes. Lawn care is priced by lot size and frequency, and homeowners know it. Publish your per-visit ranges by lot size and your season price for fertilization. The companies winning the March window all do.

Can the site take sign-ups without a call?

The form captures address, lot size or a map pin, frequency, and add-ons, and sends it to you to confirm. If you want the AI Voice Agent to quote and confirm callers too, it can, from the pricing you set at kickoff.

We also do patios and plantings. Same page?

Different page. Landscaping projects have their own searches, their own buyer, and their own gallery, so they get their own plan at /website-design-for/landscapers. If you do both, the site has a lawn care section built for sign-ups and a landscaping section built for projects.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
