What’s included · $200/month

What a med spa website from Summit Echo includes

Aesthetics clients research for weeks and book in a minute. The pages below give them what they research, treatment by treatment, in plain language, with the credentials and results that make the difference, and put the booking link everywhere. Medical spa website design has rules about claims and photos; we write within them.

Injectables

Neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. What each does, where it is used, how long it lasts, what a visit involves, and pricing by unit or syringe.

Laser and skin treatments

Laser hair removal, IPL, resurfacing, microneedling, chemical peels, facials. One page each, with what to expect and downtime.

Body and wellness

Body contouring, weight management, IV therapy, hormone services, and whatever else you offer, explained within your state's scope rules.

Providers and medical director

A bio per injector and provider with license, training, and photo, plus your medical director. The credibility page.

Results gallery

Before-and-after photos with the disclosures your state requires and the consents you have on file, organized by treatment.

Pricing, memberships, financing, and booking

Prices or ranges, membership tiers, financing options, and the booking link on every page into the system you already use.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For med spas, aesthetics clinics, and injectors whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a med spa or aesthetics practice where results and trust sell the treatment, and the website is a booking-app page or a template that reads like a menu of acronyms.

Summit Echo builds med spa websites that explain each treatment in plain language, show credentials and results within the rules, state pricing and financing, and book the consultation.

The Bottleneck

Why most med spa websites lose the client to a franchise

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

Someone researching Botox or laser hair removal finds a site that lists treatments by brand name with no prices, no provider credentials, and no sense of what a visit is like, and books the spa that shows all three.

The website never gets your attention

Injecting, consulting, and managing staff take every hour. The site is what the booking software or a franchise gave you.

Customers lose confidence

A practice run by a qualified injector should not look, online, like a discount chain.

Search behaviour

How clients look for a med spa

Aesthetics searches are treatment-specific and local: "Botox near me," "laser hair removal [town]," "lip filler cost," "med spa [town]." Franchise chains rank on brand and price; independent practices win the client who wants a qualified injector they can see and a practice that explains rather than sells.

Trust is decided on credentials and results. A client comparing three practices picks the one that showed the injector's license and training, real results with disclosures, and honest pricing. A brand-name treatment list does none of that.

We write the treatment pages from your kickoff answers within your state's advertising and scope rules, and link into the booking and membership software you already use.

The Plan

How your med spa website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the treatments you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A treatment menu versus a site that explains, shows credentials, and books

The client has read about the treatment for weeks. The site is where they decide who they trust to do it.

Booking-app page or template

  • Treatments listed by brand with no explanation of what they do or cost
  • No provider credentials, so the client cannot tell a nurse injector from a franchise
  • Booking hidden behind a consultation request that goes nowhere

With an Express Website

  • A page per treatment in plain language: what it does, what a visit involves, what it costs
  • Provider credentials and before-and-after galleries with the required disclosures
  • Pricing, memberships, and financing stated plainly, with booking on every page

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Consultation calls answered while you are in a treatment room

Clients call between treatments and expect a person. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers pricing, treatment, and availability questions from your kickoff details, captures consultation requests, and passes clinical questions to a provider. It does not give medical advice. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers pricing, treatment, and availability questions from your kickoff details
  • Captures consultation and booking requests with treatment and preferred time
  • Routes clinical questions and existing clients to a provider

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your med spa & aesthetics business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Med Spa & Aesthetics website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can we publish prices?

Yes, and most clients expect it. Publish per-unit and per-syringe pricing for injectables and prices or ranges for other treatments, plus membership tiers. Clients who see no prices assume the worst.

How do you handle before-and-after photos and claims?

Photos run with the disclosures your state requires and only with consents you have on file. Treatment copy describes what a treatment does without guaranteeing results. Tell us at kickoff what your state and medical director allow.

We book through Boulevard / Vagaro / Aesthetic Record.

The site links into whatever you use and puts the booking link on every treatment page. Nothing about how bookings happen changes.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
