What’s included · $200/month

What a pest control website from Summit Echo includes

Pest control is searched by the pest, in a hurry, by someone who wants it gone and wants to know it is safe for the dog. The pages below meet the homeowner at the pest, explain the plan and the price in plain terms, and put licensing and safety where a parent looks first.

Pest pages

Ants, mice and rats, termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, wasps and hornets, mosquitoes, ticks, spiders, and whatever is common in your county. Signs, risks, and how you treat each.

Service plans

One-time treatments, quarterly plans, termite protection, mosquito season. What each includes, how pricing works, and what the guarantee is.

Termite and WDI inspections

Real estate inspections, reports, and treatments. A separate buyer with a deadline and its own search demand.

Wildlife and exclusion

Optional. Squirrels, raccoons, bats, and sealing entry points, if you do it.

Licensing, products, and safety

State license, technician training, products used, and what families and pet owners should know. The trust page.

Service-area pages and inspection form

A page per town you cover, and an inspection request form that captures pest, property, and urgency.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For pest control and wildlife removal companies whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a pest control company competing with national brands on every search, and your website does not explain what you treat, how, or what it costs.

Summit Echo builds pest control websites with a page per pest, plans explained plainly, licensing and safety up front, and a clear way to book an inspection.

The Bottleneck

Why most pest control websites lose to the national brand

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner who just saw a mouse searches "exterminator [town]," finds a site that lists "residential and commercial pest control" and nothing else, and calls the national brand with the clear plan.

The website never gets your attention

Routes and callbacks fill the day. The site has not changed since the truck was lettered.

Customers lose confidence

A local company that knows the pests in this county should not lose to a franchise with a bigger ad budget.

Search behaviour

How homeowners look for pest control

Pest searches name the pest: "mice exterminator [town]," "termite treatment near me," "bed bug removal." The homeowner wants a page about that pest, not a general services list. National brands rank on the broad terms; local companies win the specific ones with pest pages written for their county.

Safety and price decide the call. A parent wants to know what you spray and whether the dog has to leave. A homeowner wants to know if this is a $150 visit or a $1,500 problem. Sites that answer both get the inspection; sites that make them call to ask do not.

We write the pest and plan pages from your kickoff answers and your state's labeling rules, and state licensing and safety where a family looks first.

The Plan

How your pest control website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the pest control services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A services list versus a page for the pest they just saw

The homeowner searched for the mouse, not for "residential pest control." The site either has that page or the brand does.

Template or no site

  • A single services list, so "mice in walls [town]" and "termite inspection" both miss
  • No plan or pricing explained, so the homeowner cannot compare you to the brand
  • No mention of licensing, products, or pet safety, so the parent hesitates

With an Express Website

  • Pest pages for ants, mice, termites, bed bugs, wasps, mosquitoes, and what is local to you
  • Quarterly and one-time plans explained, with how pricing works
  • Licensing, products, and pet and child safety stated where families look

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Service calls answered while technicians are on route

The office cannot answer every call during spring ant season. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures the pest, property, and urgency, answers plan and safety questions from your kickoff details, and books an inspection or a service visit. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures the pest, property type, and how urgent it is
  • Answers plan, pricing approach, and pet-safety questions
  • Books inspections and sends a confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your pest control business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Pest Control website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish plan prices?

Publish your quarterly plan price and a starting price for a one-time visit, then explain what changes it: property size, pest, severity. The national brands publish plans; a local company that does not looks evasive.

Can you write pest pages for what is common here?

Yes. At kickoff you tell us the ten pests you treat most, and we write a page for each with the signs, risks, and your treatment approach.

We do wildlife removal too.

Wildlife and exclusion get their own pages. Different pests, different rules, different searches.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
