Pressure washing website design · $200/month · no setup fee

Pressure washing website design
built around the before-and-after.

A pressure washing website planned, written, built, and hosted for $200/month. House, roof, driveway, deck, and commercial pages, the towns you cover, and a quote form with photo upload. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials.

What’s included · $200/month

What a pressure washing website from Summit Echo includes

Nobody reads about pressure washing. They look at the photo of the driveway, half done, and decide. The pages below are built to show that photo for every surface you clean, tell the homeowner roughly what it costs, and take a quote request with a picture attached.

House washing and soft washing

Siding, stucco, brick. What soft washing is and why it matters for the surface. Before-and-after photos and what a typical house costs.

Roof cleaning

Black streaks, moss, and why a roof gets soft washed rather than blasted. The highest-ticket residential page, written to reassure.

Driveways, walkways, and patios

Concrete and pavers, oil stains, sealing if you offer it. The page most first-time customers land on.

Decks and fences

Wood and composite, cleaning versus stripping, staining and sealing as add-ons.

Commercial and fleet

Optional. Storefronts, parking lots, dumpster pads, fleet washing, and recurring contracts.

Pricing, towns, and quote form

How pricing works with example ranges, a page per town you cover, and a quote form with photo upload that reaches your phone.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For pressure washing and soft washing companies whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a pressure washing or soft washing company that sells on before-and-after results, and the website shows none of them.

Summit Echo builds pressure washing websites around the photos, with a page per surface, the towns you cover, and a quote form that prices the job from a picture.

The Bottleneck

Why most pressure washing websites do not get the quote

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner with a green roof or a black driveway searches "pressure washing [town]," finds a site with no photos and no prices, and books the one with both.

The website never gets your attention

Spring and fall are wall to wall. The site is a Facebook page and a phone number.

Customers lose confidence

Work this visual should be sold with pictures, not paragraphs.

Search behaviour

How homeowners look for pressure washing

Pressure washing searches are seasonal and surface-specific: "pressure washing near me" in April, "roof cleaning [town]" after the moss shows, "driveway cleaning" before a party. A homepage that says "we clean it all" matches none of those; a page per surface matches each one.

The searches also come from the phone, in the driveway, looking at the stain. The site has to load fast, show a before-and-after in the first screen, and make the quote request take under a minute.

We write the surface pages from your kickoff answers, build the galleries for your phone photos, and set up the photo quote form so leads arrive priced from the truck.

Design

What your pressure washing website will look like

A real client site and an illustrative pressure washing concept: the before-and-after up top, a page per surface, and a photo quote form.

The Plan

How your pressure washing website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the washing services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A Facebook page versus a site that shows the driveway half done

The homeowner buys the after photo. The site either shows it or the next company does.

Facebook page or no site

  • No before-and-after photos, so the homeowner cannot see what they are buying
  • One page for every surface, so "roof cleaning [town]" matches nothing
  • No way to send a photo, so every quote needs a visit

With an Express Website

  • Before-and-after galleries, one per surface, built for your phone photos
  • A page each for house washing, roof cleaning, driveways, decks, and commercial
  • A quote form with photo upload and address so you can price from the truck

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Quote calls answered while the wand is running

You cannot hear the phone over the machine. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures the surface, size, and address, asks for a photo by text, and books a quote visit or a job window. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures surface, approximate size, and address
  • Sends the caller a text link to upload a photo for the quote
  • Books a window and sends a confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your pressure washing business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Pressure Washing website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Should we publish prices?

Publish example ranges by surface: a typical driveway, a typical two-story house wash, a typical roof. Exact quotes stay yours. Homeowners who see no prices assume the worst and keep looking.

Can we add photos ourselves?

Send new before-and-after pairs through your client portal and we add them as a basic content update, included on the plan. A good gallery grows a season at a time.

We also do gutter cleaning and window cleaning.

Each gets a short page if you want the work. They are separate searches with their own demand, and a page each costs nothing extra on the plan.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
