Salon and barbershop website design · $200/month · no setup fee

Salon and barbershop website design
that fills the chairs.

A salon or barbershop website planned, written, built, and hosted for $200/month. Services and prices, your team, a gallery that shows the work, and a booking link on every page. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials.

What’s included · $200/month

What a salon or barbershop website from Summit Echo includes

New clients choose a salon from photos, prices, and a feeling about the place. Booking apps show none of that. The pages below do, and every one of them carries the booking link into the system you already use.

Service and price menu

Cuts, color, balayage, extensions, treatments, barbering, nails, brows and lashes, organized by category with prices and time. Updated as a basic content change.

Team and stylists

A page per stylist or barber with specialties, photos of their work, and their own booking link. The page a client sends to a friend.

Gallery

Your work, organized by service so a client searching for balayage sees balayage. Built for phone photos from the chair.

New clients

What to expect, how to prepare, cancellation policy, parking, and hours. Removes the hesitation that stops a first booking.

Gift cards, products, and promotions

Retail lines you carry, gift card purchase, and seasonal offers. Optional pages we add and retire with the calendar.

Location, hours, and booking

Address, map, hours, and the booking link on every page, into Vagaro, Square, Booksy, GlossGenius, or whatever you use.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For hair salons, barbershops, and nail salons whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a salon or barbershop where the work speaks for itself in the chair, and the website is an Instagram link or a booking-app page that says nothing about the place.

Summit Echo builds salon and barbershop websites that show the work, list services and prices clearly, and put the booking link everywhere a new client looks.

The Bottleneck

Why most salon websites lose the new client

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A new client searching "hair salon [town]" finds a booking-app page with no photos, no prices, and no sense of the place, and keeps scrolling.

The website never gets your attention

You are behind the chair all day. The website is whatever the booking software gave you.

Customers lose confidence

A shop with great stylists should not look, online, like every other listing in the app.

Search behaviour

How clients look for a salon or barbershop

Salon searches are local and visual: "hair salon [town]," "barbershop near me," "balayage [town]," "nail salon [town]." The map results carry most clicks and pull from your Google Business Profile and your website. A site with current services, prices, and photos backs the profile up and gives a new client a reason to book you instead of the next pin.

Service-specific searches are where a good site pulls ahead. A client searching "balayage [town]" wants to see balayage, not a generic homepage. Service pages with photos of that service match those searches; a booking-app profile cannot.

We write the menu and pages from your kickoff answers and build the gallery for your photos. The booking system you already use stays; the site sends clients into it.

Design

What your salon website will look like

A real client site and an illustrative salon concept: services and prices clear, the work visible, booking one tap away.

Studio Nine concept

Concepts marked illustrative show a design direction, not a client result. Your Express Website is designed around your business, services, towns, and photos.

The Plan

How your salon website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the salon services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A booking-app profile versus a site that shows the shop

A new client is choosing between you and the shop three pins over. The site is where they decide.

Booking-app profile or no site

  • A booking-app profile with no photos, prices, or personality
  • Services listed without prices, so new clients assume the worst
  • The booking link buried, or only on Instagram

With an Express Website

  • A service menu with prices and time, organized the way clients think
  • A gallery and team page that show your work and your stylists
  • A booking link on every page, into the system you already use

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Booking calls answered while your hands are busy

Clients still call, and stylists cannot answer with foils in. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers hours, price, and availability questions, captures booking requests with service and stylist preference, and passes anything unusual to the front desk. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers price, hours, and service questions from your kickoff details
  • Captures booking requests with service, stylist, and preferred time
  • Escalates by rules you set at kickoff

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your salon & barbershop business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Salon & Barbershop website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

We book through Vagaro / Square / Booksy. Does the site replace that?

No. The site links into the booking system you already use and puts the link on every page and every stylist profile. Nothing about how bookings happen changes.

Should we show prices?

Yes. Clients who cannot find prices assume they are high and book elsewhere. List starting prices and note when a consultation sets the final number.

Can each stylist have their own page?

Yes. A page per stylist or barber with their specialties, photos, and booking link is part of the plan and is what clients share with friends.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
