What a therapy practice website from Summit Echo includes

Therapy website design is a different job from most local business sites. The person reading a therapist's website is often at a hard moment and deciding whether to take a step they have put off. The pages below are written in their language, answer the practical questions early, and make the first step small.

Specialty pages

Anxiety, depression, couples, trauma, grief, teens, life transitions, and the work you want more of. Each describes the client's experience first and your approach second.

How I work

Your approach in plain language, what a first session is like, how often you meet, and how long people typically work with you.

Fees, insurance, and logistics

Session fees, insurance accepted or out-of-network with superbills, sliding scale if offered, telehealth, and cancellation policy. Stated plainly so nobody has to ask.

About the clinician

Credentials and training, yes, but also who you are and who you work best with. The page a client reads twice.

Getting started

A free consultation call, a contact form, or a booking link, with exactly what happens after they reach out and how quickly you respond.

Resources and FAQs

Optional. Crisis resources, what to expect, confidentiality, and the questions you answer on every consult call.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For therapists, counselors, and small group practices whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a therapy or counseling practice where the right-fit client matters more than any client, and the website is a directory profile or a template that sounds like everyone else.

Summit Echo builds therapist websites that help the right client recognize themselves, understand how you work, and reach out without friction.

The Bottleneck

Why most therapist websites lose the client who was ready

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

Someone finally ready to look for a therapist reads a page of credentials and modality names, cannot tell if you work with people like them, and closes the tab.

The website never gets your attention

Sessions and notes take the day. The website is a directory listing and a template you have not touched.

Customers lose confidence

A therapist who does careful work should not sound, online, like a list of acronyms.

Search behaviour

How clients look for a therapist

Therapy searches are specific and private: "therapist for anxiety [town]," "couples counseling near me," "trauma therapist telehealth [state]." Directories rank well for the broad terms; individual practices win the specific ones with pages written for that client and that concern. A specialty page matches a specialty search; a homepage listing twelve modalities matches none.

The reader is also deciding whether they can afford you and whether you will respond. Fees, insurance, and a clear description of the first step remove the two most common reasons someone closes the tab.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers in language a client would use, within what your license and ethics code allow, and you review every page before it goes live.

Design

What your practice website will look like

The Plan

How your practice website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the therapy services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A directory profile versus a site that speaks to your client

The client has read ten profiles that all say the same thing. The site is where you sound like a person.

Directory profile or template

  • A wall of modalities and acronyms the client does not recognize
  • Fees and insurance hidden, so the client cannot tell if they can afford you
  • A contact form with no sense of what happens after they send it

With an Express Website

  • Specialty pages that describe the client's experience and how you help
  • Fees, insurance, telehealth, and availability stated plainly
  • A clear first step: consultation call, form, or booking link, with what happens next

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Inquiry calls answered between sessions

A prospective client who reaches voicemail may not call back. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers fee, insurance, and availability questions, captures consultation requests with what the caller is looking for, and passes anything urgent to you by the rules you set. Crisis calls are routed to the resources you specify. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers fees, insurance, telehealth, and availability from your kickoff details
  • Captures consultation requests with concern and preferred time
  • Routes crisis and urgent calls to the resources and numbers you specify

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your therapist & counselor business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Therapist & Counselor website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can the site stay within my licensing board's advertising rules?

Yes. We describe your specialties and approach without guaranteeing outcomes or using testimonials where your board prohibits them, and you review every page before it goes live. Tell us at kickoff about any restrictions.

We are a group practice with several clinicians.

Each clinician gets a bio page with their specialties and a way to reach them, and specialty pages list who works in that area. The plan covers it.

Should I publish my fees?

Yes. Clients who cannot find fees assume they cannot afford you. Publish session fees, insurance status, and sliding-scale availability if you offer it.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
