that proves you are insured and books the estimate.

What’s included · $200/month

What a tree service website from Summit Echo includes

Tree work is dangerous and expensive, and homeowners know it. Before they call, they want to see that you are insured, that you have done trees this big, and that you have the equipment. The pages below show all three and separate the kinds of work so each search finds its answer.

Tree removal

Dead, dying, leaning, or in the way. How you take a tree down safely, what affects the price, and what happens to the wood. Your highest-ticket page.

Tree trimming and pruning

Crown thinning, deadwooding, clearance from roofs and lines, when to prune what. Written for the homeowner who wants the tree kept.

Stump grinding

Short, specific, and searched on its own. What is left after, and whether you fill and seed.

Emergency and storm damage

Trees on houses, cars, and lines. How fast you respond, how you work with insurers, and the number to call. The page that has to work at midnight.

Insurance, certifications, and equipment

Liability and workers comp stated plainly, ISA or TCIA credentials, and photos of the crane, bucket, and chipper. The trust page.

Service-area pages and estimate form

A page per town you cover, and an estimate form with photo upload and address so you can gauge the job before you drive out.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For tree service companies and arborists whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a tree service where insurance and skill are the whole sale, and the website does not mention either.

Summit Echo builds tree service websites that put insurance, certifications, and equipment where the homeowner looks, separate removal from trimming from emergencies, and book the estimate.

The Bottleneck

Why most tree service websites lose the bid

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner with a leaning oak searches "tree removal [town]," finds a site with no insurance certificate and no sense of scale, and calls the company that shows a crane.

The website never gets your attention

Crews are in the trees. The site is a business card that has not changed in years.

Customers lose confidence

The company that does this work safely should be the one homeowners can tell is safe.

Search behaviour

How homeowners look for a tree service

Tree service searches split by urgency. "Tree removal [town]" and "tree trimming near me" are planned, compared, and priced. "Emergency tree removal" and "tree fell on house" are made from the driveway after a storm. The site needs a page for each, and the emergency page needs a phone number in the first inch.

Trust decides the planned searches. A homeowner comparing three bids picks the one that showed insurance, certifications, and equipment without being asked. A site that buries those in an about page loses to one that leads with them.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers and put your insurance, credentials, and equipment photos where a homeowner looks first. The photo estimate form means fewer wasted drives.

The Plan

How your tree service website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the tree services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A business card versus a site that shows the crane and the certificate

A homeowner about to let a crew drop a sixty-foot oak next to the house wants proof. The site either gives it or the next bid does.

Business card or no site

  • No insurance or certification shown, so the homeowner cannot tell you from a guy with a chainsaw
  • One page for all tree work, so removal and trimming searches both miss
  • No emergency path, so storm calls go to whoever answers first

With an Express Website

  • Insurance, certifications, and equipment on the first screen
  • Separate pages for removal, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency work
  • An estimate form with photo upload and a clear emergency number

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Storm calls answered while the crew is up a tree

After a storm the phone rings for two days straight and nobody can answer it from a bucket truck. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, sorts a tree on a roof from a routine trim, captures address and photos by text, and books estimates into open slots. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Separates emergencies from routine work by rules you set at kickoff
  • Captures address, tree size and location, and photos by text
  • Books estimate visits and sends a confirmation

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your tree service business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Tree Service website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can the site show our insurance certificate?

Yes. We state coverage plainly on the trust page and on every service page, and can link a current certificate for download. Homeowners ask for it anyway; showing it first wins the bid.

Should we list prices for tree removal?

List what affects the price: height, access, proximity to structures, disposal. Give a realistic range for a typical job if you are comfortable. That answers the question without committing you to a number.

We do land clearing and firewood too.

Each gets a short page if you want the work. Land clearing in particular has its own commercial and rural search demand.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
