What’s included · $200/month

What an auto repair website from Summit Echo includes

Drivers pick a shop the way they pick a doctor: on trust, and usually in a hurry. The pages below make the shop legible to someone who knows nothing about cars, and give Google specific services and towns to match against. Mechanic web design is the same job with a different name; this is what it should include.

Brakes, diagnostics, and check-engine

The most-searched repairs, each with what you check, what it usually involves, and how to book. Written for the driver, not the technician.

Oil changes and scheduled maintenance

The repeat-visit page. What is included, how long it takes, and why a maintenance customer gets priority scheduling if you offer it.

Tires, alignment, and inspections

State inspection, emissions, tire sales and rotation. High-frequency searches with their own pages.

Specialties

European, diesel, hybrid and EV, fleet, transmissions. Only the pages for work you actually want more of.

Detailing and towing

Optional pages if you offer them. "Mobile detailing" and "towing company" searches have their own demand and deserve their own page rather than a bullet.

Certifications, warranty, reviews, and towns

ASE and manufacturer certifications, your warranty in plain language, named reviews, and a page for each town you draw from.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For auto repair shops and car garages whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run an independent shop that competes with dealers and chains on trust and price, and the website you have does not make either case.

Summit Echo builds auto repair websites that answer the driver's question, show the shop is legitimate, and make booking a bay simple.

The Bottleneck

Why most shop websites send drivers to the dealer

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A driver with a check-engine light searches "mechanic near me," opens your site, and cannot tell what you work on, what you charge for a diagnostic, or how to book.

The website never gets your attention

The bays are full and the front desk is on the phone. Nobody has touched the website since it went up.

Customers lose confidence

An honest independent shop should not lose to a chain with a bigger marketing budget and a worse reputation.

Search behaviour

How drivers look for a mechanic

Auto repair searches are urgent and skeptical. "Mechanic near me," "brake repair [town]," "check engine light on." The driver expects to be overcharged and is looking for a reason to trust you before they call. Certifications, a plain-language warranty, and reviews from named local customers do that work; a slogan about honest service does not.

Each repair gets its own page because each repair gets its own search. Google and AI assistants match a brake page to a brake search; they cannot match a bulleted list to anything. The same goes for towns: a driver in the next town over finds a shop that names their town.

We write the service pages from your kickoff answers and your review history, and we launch with professional imagery until your shop photos arrive.

The Plan

How your shop website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the repair services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A phone number and a slogan versus a site that books the bay

The driver already suspects every shop. The site either gives them a reason to trust yours or it does not.

Template or no site

  • A single "Services" list, so "brake repair [town]" and "check engine light" both miss
  • No certifications, warranty, or reviews shown, so the driver keeps comparing
  • A contact form with no way to describe the problem or pick a time

With an Express Website

  • A page for brakes, diagnostics, oil and maintenance, tires, and the specialties you want
  • ASE certifications, warranty terms, and named reviews at the top of the page
  • An appointment request form that captures vehicle, issue, and preferred time

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Service calls answered while every tech is under a hood

The front desk cannot answer every call during a busy morning. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures vehicle, issue, and timing, books an appointment into an open slot, and passes tow requests or upset customers to a person. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures year, make, model, and the problem in the driver's words
  • Books appointments and sends a text confirmation
  • Escalates towing and complaints by rules you set at kickoff

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your auto repair business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Auto Repair website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can the site let drivers book online?

The site captures an appointment request with vehicle, issue, and preferred time, and sends it to you. If you use a shop management system with online booking, we link into it. If you want callers booked as well, the AI Voice Agent does that.

We work on everything. Do we still need separate service pages?

Yes. "We do it all" matches no search. A page for brakes, one for diagnostics, one for maintenance, and one for each specialty gives Google something specific to match and gives the driver the answer they came for.

Should we list prices?

List what you can stand behind: diagnostic fee, oil change, inspection. For repairs that vary, explain what drives the price and how the estimate works. That is what the driver is really asking.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
