Florist website design · $200/month · no setup fee

Florist website design
that shows your work, not stock photos.

A florist website planned, written, built, and hosted for $200/month. Arrangements, occasions, delivery towns, and a clear path to order. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials. Add after-hours voice when you want same-day calls captured.

What’s included · $200/month

What a florist website from Summit Echo includes

Flowers are bought for a reason and a date. The pages below are organized by occasion, show your actual arrangements, and answer the two questions every buyer has: can you deliver to this address, and by when.

Sympathy and funeral flowers

Standing sprays, casket pieces, and how to coordinate with the funeral home. Written with care for someone ordering on a hard day.

Weddings and events

Bouquets, ceremony, and reception work, with a gallery and a consultation form that captures date, venue, and budget range.

Everyday and holiday arrangements

Birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's, Mother's Day. Seasonal pages we prepare ahead of each peak and retire after.

Delivery areas and cutoffs

The towns you deliver to, same-day cutoff times, and fees. The page that stops the "do you deliver to..." calls.

Corporate and subscriptions

Optional. Weekly office arrangements, restaurant and hotel accounts, and standing orders.

About, gallery, and contact

Who designs the work, a gallery of real arrangements, hours, and the order and call paths you want buyers to use.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For floral shops and florists whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a flower shop that lives on occasions and same-day orders, and the website either sends buyers to a wire service or does not exist.

Summit Echo builds florist websites that show your actual work, make ordering or calling obvious, and keep the occasion pages ready before the occasion arrives.

The Bottleneck

Why most florist websites send buyers to a wire service

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A buyer searching "florist [town]" lands on a wire-service page with generic photos, or on your site with no way to order, and picks whichever is easier.

The website never gets your attention

Holidays, deliveries, and the shop take every hour. The site is not part of the routine.

Customers lose confidence

A shop that designs beautiful arrangements should not be represented online by someone else's stock photos.

Search behaviour

How buyers look for a florist

Florist searches are local and dated: "florist [town]," "same day flower delivery [town]," "funeral flowers [town]," and a spike before every holiday. The results are crowded with wire services and national delivery sites. A local shop wins by being unmistakably local and unmistakably real: your town, your delivery area, your arrangements.

Occasion pages matter because occasion searches are specific. A sympathy page matches sympathy searches; a wedding page matches wedding searches; a generic homepage matches neither. We prepare holiday pages ahead of the season so they are indexed before the searches peak.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers and build the gallery for your photos. If you sell through a wire service or an ordering platform, the site links into it rather than replacing it.

What your florist website will look like

A real client site and an illustrative florist concept: occasions first, real arrangements, delivery details visible.

The Plan

How your florist website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the floral services you want more of, your towns or neighborhoods, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A wire-service template versus a site that shows your shop

A buyer choosing a florist wants to see real arrangements and know you deliver to their street today.

Wire-service template or no site

  • Wire-service photos, so every florist looks the same
  • No delivery area or cutoff times, so buyers call to ask or give up
  • Holiday pages that go up after the holiday searches peak

With an Express Website

  • A gallery of your arrangements organized by occasion
  • Delivery towns, cutoff times, and hours stated plainly
  • Occasion pages ready ahead of each season, with a clear way to order

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Same-day order calls answered when the shop is slammed

The week before Valentine's Day the phone does not stop and every hand is on a stem. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers delivery area and cutoff questions, captures order requests with occasion, recipient, and budget, and passes custom work to a person. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers delivery, hours, and cutoff questions from your kickoff details
  • Captures order requests with occasion, recipient address, and budget
  • Escalates weddings and custom work to a person

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your florist business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Florist website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can the site take orders directly?

The site links into the ordering platform you already use, or captures an order request by form and phone if you prefer to confirm each order. Tell us at kickoff how you want orders to arrive.

We are on a wire service. Is that a problem?

No. The site can link to your wire-service storefront while making it clear you are a local shop with your own designers. Many buyers prefer to call the shop directly once they see real work.

How do holiday pages work?

We prepare a page for each holiday you care about ahead of the season, so it is indexed before searches peak, then retire or update it afterward as a basic content update.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
