What’s included · $200/month

What a medical practice website from Summit Echo includes

Patients choose a practice from a search result, in a few minutes, on three questions: do you treat this, do you take my insurance, and are you accepting new patients. The pages below answer all three before the phone rings, for family medicine, dermatology, physical therapy, optometry, pediatrics, and the other independent practices that buy Express. Dental practices have their own page.

Service and condition pages

What you treat and offer, one page each, written for the person searching that symptom or service. Within what your board allows for claims.

Providers

A bio per provider with credentials, training, photo, languages, and approach. Patients pick a person.

Insurance and payment

Plans accepted, self-pay pricing or ranges, payment plans, and what to expect on a bill. Stated plainly so nobody has to call to ask.

New patients

Whether you are accepting, what the first visit involves, forms to complete ahead, what to bring, and parking. The page that removes the hesitation.

Portal, telehealth, and appointment requests

Links into the patient portal, telehealth, and scheduling tools you already use, placed on every page. We do not replace them.

Location, hours, and reviews

Address, map, hours, after-hours instructions, and reviews within what your state allows.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For independent medical and specialty practices whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run an independent practice where the website was built by an EHR vendor or a practice-marketing firm, sounds like every other clinic, and does not help a new patient decide.

Summit Echo builds medical practice websites that explain services in patient language, list providers and insurance plainly, and make requesting a first appointment simple.

The Bottleneck

Why most practice websites lose the new patient

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A new patient searching "dermatologist near me" or "family doctor accepting new patients [town]" finds a template with stock photos and cannot tell whether you take their insurance or are accepting patients.

The website never gets your attention

Patients and paperwork take every hour. Changing the site means a ticket to the vendor and a wait.

Customers lose confidence

A practice that takes good care of patients should not be represented by a template that says nothing about it.

Search behaviour

How patients look for a practice

Patients search by specialty and by need: "dermatologist near me," "pediatric dentist [town]," "physical therapy for knee pain," "family doctor accepting new patients." The map results carry most of the clicks and draw on your Google Business Profile and your site. A site with clear service pages, insurance information, and new-patient status backs up the profile and gives the patient a reason to choose you.

Independent practices compete with hospital systems that have large marketing teams. What the system cannot do is sound like a specific doctor in a specific town who is accepting new patients this month. Your site can.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers within your board's advertising rules, and link into the portal and scheduling tools you already use.

The Plan

How your practice website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the clinical services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A vendor template versus a site that answers the patient's three questions

Do you treat this, do you take my insurance, are you accepting patients. The site either answers or the hospital system's does.

Vendor template or no site

  • A vendor template with stock photos and specialty jargon
  • Insurance and new-patient status missing or buried
  • A portal link and a phone number, and no sense of what a first visit is like

With an Express Website

  • Service and condition pages in plain language, one per search
  • Provider bios, insurance accepted, and new-patient status on the first screen
  • A new-patient page that explains the first visit, forms, and how to request an appointment

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

New-patient calls answered when the front desk is full

A new patient who reaches voicemail calls the next practice. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers insurance, hours, and new-patient questions, captures appointment requests, and passes clinical questions and existing patients to your staff by the rules you set. It does not give medical advice. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers insurance, hours, and new-patient status from your kickoff details
  • Captures appointment requests with reason, insurance, and preferred time
  • Routes clinical questions, existing patients, and urgent calls to a person

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your medical practice business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Medical Practice website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Is the site HIPAA-compliant?

The website itself does not store health information. Appointment request forms capture name, contact, insurance, and a reason for visit, and route to the address you specify; anything clinical stays in your portal and EHR. Tell us at kickoff how your compliance officer wants forms handled.

Can you write for a specialty practice?

Yes. Dermatology, orthodontics, optometry, physical therapy, pediatrics, and other independent practices all use the same plan. The service pages change; the process does not. Dental practices have their own plan at /website-design-for/dentists.

We use a scheduling tool and a patient portal.

The site links into both and puts the links where patients look. Nothing about how appointments are booked or records are kept changes.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
