What’s included · $200/month

What a dental website from Summit Echo includes

Patients choose a dentist on three questions: do you do what I need, do you take my insurance, and can I get in. The pages below answer all three, show the office and the team so the visit feels familiar before it happens, and link into the scheduling you already use. Dentist website design from software vendors rarely does any of that.

General and family dentistry

Cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and pediatric visits. One page each, written for the patient, with what the appointment involves.

Cosmetic and restorative

Whitening, veneers, bonding, implants, dentures, and clear aligners. Higher-ticket decisions with their own searches and their own pages, with before-and-after galleries within your board's rules.

Emergency dentistry

Toothache, broken tooth, knocked-out tooth. What to do right now, how fast you can see them, and the number to call. The page that has to work at 9pm.

Providers and team

A bio per dentist and hygienist with credentials, photo, and approach, plus photos of the office. Patients pick a person and a place.

Insurance, financing, and new patients

Plans accepted, in-house membership plans, financing, and whether you are accepting new patients, with first-visit details and forms.

Location, hours, reviews, and booking

Address, parking, hours, reviews, and the booking link or request form on every page, into the scheduling system you already use.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For general, family, pediatric, and specialty dental practices whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a dental practice where the website came bundled with the practice-management software or a dental marketing agency, looks like every other office, and does not help a new patient choose you.

Summit Echo builds dental websites that explain services in patient language, show the team and the office, state insurance and new-patient details plainly, and make booking simple.

The Bottleneck

Why most dental websites lose the new patient

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

Someone with a toothache or a family moving to town searches "dentist near me," finds a template with stock smiles, and cannot tell if you take their insurance or accept new patients.

The website never gets your attention

Patients and hygiene schedules take every hour. Changing the site means a ticket to the vendor.

Customers lose confidence

A practice that patients trust for years should not be represented by a template nobody reads.

Search behaviour

How patients look for a dentist

Dental searches are local and specific: "dentist near me," "emergency dentist [town]," "dental implants [town]," "pediatric dentist accepting new patients." The map results carry most of the clicks and pull from your Google Business Profile and your site. A site with clear service pages, insurance information, and new-patient status gives Google specific text to match and gives the patient a reason to choose you.

Dental practices compete with corporate dental groups whose marketing is professional and whose sites are identical. What the group cannot do is sound like a specific dentist in a specific town who has time for a new patient this month. Your site can, and the office and team photos are what make that real.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers within your board's advertising rules, and link into the scheduling and patient portal tools you already use.

The Plan

How your dental website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the services you want more of, your towns, credentials, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A vendor template versus a site that answers the patient's three questions

Do you do this, do you take my insurance, can I get in. The site either answers or the corporate group's does.

Vendor template or no site

  • A vendor template with stock photos and a services list
  • Insurance and new-patient status buried or missing
  • No emergency page, so the toothache call goes to whoever answers first

With an Express Website

  • A page for each service in plain language, with what the visit involves
  • Insurance, financing, and new-patient details on the first screen
  • An emergency dentistry page and a booking path that works on a phone

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

New-patient calls answered while the front desk is checking someone in

A new patient who reaches voicemail calls the next office. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, answers insurance, hours, and new-patient questions, captures appointment requests, and passes emergencies and existing patients to your staff by the rules you set. It does not give clinical advice. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers insurance, hours, and new-patient status from your kickoff details
  • Captures appointment requests with reason, insurance, and preferred time
  • Routes emergencies and existing patients to a person

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your dental practice business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Dental Practice website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can you use our own office and team photos?

Yes, and you should. Patients choosing a dentist want to see the actual office and the people. We launch with professional imagery and swap in yours as basic content updates, included on the plan.

Do before-and-after photos comply with our board's rules?

We publish them with the disclosures your state board requires and only with patient consent you have on file. Tell us at kickoff what your board allows and we write within it.

We use Dentrix / Eaglesoft / NexHealth for scheduling.

The site links into whatever you use and puts the booking link on every page. If you prefer a request form your front desk confirms, we build that instead.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
