A basement waterproofing and foundation repair website planned, written, built, and hosted for $200/month. Drainage, sump pump, crawl space, and foundation pages, your warranty up front, the towns you cover, and an inspection request form. Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials.
What’s included · $200/month
Homeowners do not search for "interior drain tile." They search for what they see: water on the floor, a crack in the wall, a musty crawl space. The pages below meet them at the problem, explain the cause, and show the fix and the warranty before asking for the inspection.
Where the page has to work
Every page below is written for the moment a customer types the search and lands on your site.
Water at the wall joint, seepage after rain, a floor that floods. What causes it, how interior drainage and a sump system fix it, and what the job looks like.
Installation, replacement, battery backup, and service. Searched on its own, and often the first job that leads to a bigger one.
Vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, and moisture control. Written for the homeowner who smells it before they see it.
Cracks, bowing walls, and settling. Wall anchors, bracing, and piers explained plainly, with what is cosmetic and what is structural. Your highest-ticket page.
What the warranty covers, whether it transfers when the house sells, and how financing works. The trust page for a job most people are not paying for in cash.
A page per town you cover, and an inspection request form with photo upload so your team knows what to expect before the visit.
Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.
Who this is for
You run a basement waterproofing or foundation repair company that sells $5,000 to $20,000 jobs, and the website does not explain the problem, the fix, or why a homeowner should trust you with either.
Summit Echo builds waterproofing and foundation repair websites that explain the cause before the fix, show the warranty, and book the inspection.

A homeowner with water on the basement floor after a storm searches "basement waterproofing [town]," gets three inspection offers, and picks the company whose site explained what is going on without a hard sell.
Your crews are digging and your sales team is in basements. The website was built once and still says "free estimates" and not much else.
A homeowner spending real money on a hidden problem deserves a straight answer, and the company that gives one online should win the job.
Drainage, sump pump, crawl space, and foundation pages written for how homeowners search
Warranty, certifications, and before-and-after photos shown where trust is decided
Hosting, forms, and content updates handled while you are on the plan
$0 setup fee · Hosting included
Search behaviour
These searches start with a symptom. "Wet basement repair," "crawl space waterproofing," and "foundation crack repair" come from a homeowner who just found water or a crack and is trying to understand how bad it is. A page that explains the cause earns the inspection; a page that just says "call for a free estimate" does not.
These are big, unfamiliar purchases, so homeowners get several opinions. They are watching for the company that explains instead of pushes, shows real before-and-after work, and stands behind it with a warranty that transfers when the house sells. Real estate deadlines add another kind of urgency: an inspection report flags the basement and the seller needs a quote this week.
We write the pages from your kickoff answers, with your systems, your warranty, and your photos. The inspection form captures the problem and photos so your team arrives prepared.

Questions before you buy? Talk to us first.
A homeowner about to spend five figures on something buried in the wall wants to understand it first. The site either explains it or the next company does.

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month
After a big storm, every wet basement in your area calls at once, and your team is already out on inspections. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, sorts active flooding from a crack someone just noticed, captures the address and photos by text, and books inspections into open slots. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.
Website first, calls when you want them
Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.
Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

List what affects the price: the length of wall, the system, excavation, access, and the number of anchors or piers. Give a range for a typical job if you are comfortable. It answers the question without committing you to a number before the inspection.
Most companies in this trade do, and the site reflects it. Each problem gets its own page, so a homeowner searching for a bowing wall finds the foundation page and one searching for a wet floor finds the drainage page.
Yes. Each gets its own section, linked from every service page. A transferable warranty and clear financing terms are two of the biggest reasons homeowners choose one company over another.
Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.
Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.
Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.
Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
