What a roofing website from Summit Echo includes

Roofing has the highest ticket and the most skeptical customer in home services. After a storm, homeowners get knocked on by out-of-town crews and they know it. Your website has to prove you are local, licensed, and still going to be here in five years. These are the pages that do that.

Roof replacement

Materials, what a tear-off involves, how long it takes, and what affects the price. The page for the biggest decision a homeowner makes about their house.

Roof repair and leaks

Missing shingles, flashing, active leaks. Faster, smaller jobs with their own search demand and their own page.

Storm damage and insurance claims

How you inspect, how you document, and how you work with the adjuster. Written to make a homeowner call you before the door-knocker.

Gutters, siding, and exteriors

Optional pages for the adjacent work you sell. Left off if you are roof-only.

Inspections and free estimates

What happens on an inspection visit and how to book one. A clear form and click-to-call, not a "request info" button that goes nowhere.

Service-area pages and proof

A page per town you work, your license and insurance stated plainly, manufacturer certifications if you hold them, and real reviews with real names.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

For roofing companies and roofers whose website keeps getting pushed aside

You run a roofing company that competes with out-of-town storm crews every spring, and your website does not make the case that you are the local one.

Summit Echo builds roofing websites that prove you are local, licensed, and established before the homeowner talks to a canvasser.

The Bottleneck

Why most roofing websites lose to the door-knocker

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

After a storm, homeowners compare you to the crew that knocked on the door, and a thin site loses that comparison.

The website never gets your attention

Crews are on roofs, the office is on the phone, and nobody is updating the site or adding the new town.

Customers lose confidence

The roofer who will still be here in five years should be the one homeowners can find and trust today.

Search behaviour

How homeowners look for a roofer

Roofing searches spike after weather. "Roof repair near me," "roofing companies [town]," "storm damage roof inspection." The homeowner searching has usually already talked to a canvasser and is looking for a local company to compare against. If your site shows a local address, a license number, and reviews from people in their town, you win that comparison.

Replacement searches are slower and more careful. "How much does a new roof cost," "metal roof vs shingles," "best roofing company [county]." These want education. A page that explains materials and process honestly earns the estimate request; a page that just says "call for a free quote" does not.

Each of those searches deserves its own page, written with the specifics Google and AI assistants match against. We write them from your kickoff answers, your certifications, and your reviews. You approve everything before it goes live.

The Plan

How your roofing website goes live

01

Complete kickoff: the roofing services you want more of, the towns you cover, your license details, photos, and reviews.

02

We plan the pages, write the copy, design the site, and build the forms. You review before anything goes live.

03

Live within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials, with hosting and basic content updates included.

A generic roofing site versus one that proves you are local

After a storm, a homeowner’s only question is who to trust. The site either answers it or it does not.

Template or no site

  • No local address, license, or named reviews, so you look like the storm chasers
  • One page for all roofing, so a repair search and a replacement search both miss
  • A "free estimate" button with nothing behind it

With an Express Website

  • Replacement, repair, and storm-damage pages, each written for its search
  • Local proof at the top: address, license, certifications, reviews with real names
  • An inspection request form and click-to-call that reach you

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Storm-surge calls, answered while your crews are on roofs

The week after a hail storm, the phone does not stop and every crew is on a roof. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, captures the address and damage, flags an active leak, and books inspections into open slots. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Captures address, damage type, and whether there is an active leak
  • Books inspection visits and sends the homeowner a text confirmation
  • Rules for urgent versus routine are set at kickoff and can change with the season

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your roofer business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Roofer website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can the site help homeowners tell us apart from storm chasers?

That is most of what it is for. A local address, license and insurance numbers, manufacturer certifications, years in business, and reviews from named local customers all go where a first-time visitor sees them. Out-of-town crews cannot show those things; you can.

Do you write about insurance claims?

Yes, if you handle claim work. We explain your inspection and documentation process and how you work with adjusters, in plain language and without promising outcomes the insurer controls.

We also do siding and gutters. One site or two?

One site, with roofing as the lead and exterior services on their own pages. Splitting into separate sites divides your reviews and your authority; one site with clear service pages does better.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
